Many operators face fluctuating sealant flow after running the sealing robot line for 3 to 4 hours. The core culprit is overheated hydraulic oil.

Prolonged operation heats the hydraulic oil, making it thinner. Thin oil prevents the pump from sustaining constant pressure, which you can verify by obvious pointer fluctuations on the hydraulic pressure gauge double glass sealing robot line.

This fault mostly arises from substandard hydraulic oil. We recommend purchasing genuine No.46 hydraulic oil from authorized dealers only.

If thinning oil triggers pressure instability,  double glass sealing robot line, replacing oil alone won’t resolve the issue. Diluted poor oil will cause irreversible wear to the hydraulic pump. The thorough fix is to replace both hydraulic oil and pump simultaneously.
