Sometimes, issues may arise during the operation of the double glass sealing robot line, most commonly uneven sealing or incomplete sealing on the front pane. These problems are typically caused by one or more of the following factors:

1. Uneven Sealing (Excessive White Sealant)When the sealing quality appears uneven, with a large amount of white sealant visible, the cause is usually insufficient supply of black sealant. In some cases, the issue may also stem from a malfunctioning one-way valve, which disrupts the normal sealant supply sequence.

2. Incomplete Sealing If the sealant fails to cover the glass edge completely, first verify the accuracy of the scanning ruler calibration and the correctness of the operating data. Deviations in these parameters can directly lead to incomplete sealing. Additionally, inspect the system for sealant blockage, which can restrict the flow of sealant and result in uneven application.
