1. Check the magnetic switch on the cylinder
There are two magnetic switches on the cylinder corresponding to the B sealant, located at the top and bottom respectively. Its working principle is: when the sealant is lifted, the upper magnetic switch lights up when it goes to the top, and the lower magnetic switch lights up when it goes to the bottom. If the upper magnetic switch is not lit when the sealant goes to the top, it cannot transmit the signal to the solenoid valve, causing the solenoid valve to be unable to change direction, the cylinder to be unable to move up and down, and the rod for pumping sealant cannot pump sealant normally, resulting in no pressure on the B sealant.
2. Check the status of the needle valve
The top of the black sealant storage is usually equipped with a needle valve. It is necessary to confirm whether the rod in the middle of the needle valve is lifted when the equipment is switched from manual mode to automatic mode. If the rod is not lifted, even if the pressure reaches a certain level, the B sealant cannot work normally, resulting in no pressure.
The above two places are the key to troubleshooting the problem of no pressure on the B sealant, and they need to be paid special attention.
