The first method is mechanical adjustment. The previous scanning ruler had four screws. It was necessary to disassemble the back to adjust it. Once disassembled, it was very troublesome. Now the top screw of the scanning ruler is added to the front. You can adjust it directly by removing the front.

The second method is software adjustment. We set a scanner calibration in the software. You can calibrate the scanner directly with one click. Because the scanner in this glue machine is equivalent to the eyes of the glue machine. It detects the depth of the aluminum spacer and is a direct factor affecting the quality of glue.
