Firstly, it's the entire electronic control system. The response time and speed of this system have a direct impact on the performance of the sealing machine.
Secondly, the settings of the scanner matter. Aspects like the scanner's angle, position, and potentiometer switch can all influence the amount of sealant dispensed.
Thirdly, the hydraulic system plays a crucial role. The hydraulic station is the heart of the entire production line. A higher hydraulic pressure generally means a larger amount of sealant output and a faster sealing speed. However, if the pressure is too high, specifically when the pressure gauge of the hydraulic station exceeds 10 MPa, the pipelines and the gauge on the machine will fail. Before the machine leaves the factory, the intelligent pressure gauge is set so that if the pressure reaches above 35, the machine will automatically alarm and shut down.
Lastly, the sealing speed is also related to the thickness of the glass spacer bars.
