1. Upper Segment: Lubricate the conveyor chain weekly with high-temperature-resistant chain oil to prevent oil contamination on glass.

2. Washing Machine:

1. Brush bearings: Replenish lithium-based grease every two weeks.

2. Rack and chain: Apply high-adhesion lubricating oil.

3. Waiting/Positioning Segment: Inspect the conveyor chain daily with anti-rust oil to eliminate jams.

4. Lifting Crossbeam:

1. Chain: Apply heavy-duty oil before operation.

2. Guide rails: Coat with high-temperature grease.

5. Laminating Segment:

1.Crossbeam chain: Clean and replace oil weekly.

2. Guide rails: Use special-purpose grease.

3. Conveyor chain: Follow the same maintenance as the upper segment.

6. Plate Press Machine: Clean the chain daily and apply extreme pressure-resistant oil to prevent wear from glue particles.

7. Servo Plate Press Machine:

1. Ball screws: Clean dust and apply precision grease monthly.

2. Guide rails: Inject low-resistance oil.

8. Conveyor Segment: Check the chain’s lubrication at each shift; address discoloration or jams immediately.
