Automatic Insulating Glass Line With Argon Gas Filling are becoming more and more popular. This production line is designed and manufactured for the production of insulating glass and triple later glass panels.

The production line has two functions: filled with argon or not filled with argon, and two working modes: outer press working and inner press working.

Outer pressing work: After the first piece of glass is attached to the aluminum spacer, it is hydraulically controlled and moved to the external pressing section; after the second piece of glass is automatically injected with length and height, it is directly sent to the external pressing section. After the two pieces of glass are combined, they enter the panel pressing section for pressing.

Inner pressing work: The first piece of glass enters the panel pressing section and is sucked up by the vacuum suction cup. After the second piece of glass is attached to the aluminum spacer, it also enters the panel pressing section and is positioned by the servo motor for pressing.

The production line automatically recognise coated glass and LOW-E glass. 

The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by a bevel gear, which has stable performance and long service life. 

The light tubes are distributed reasonably, segmented control, better detection of glass cleanliness. 

The aluminum spacer positioning adopts unique design, accurate positioning, reduced labor, automatically accurate  detection of glass height and thickness to provide accurate data for in-panel inflation.

Q: How about your warranty?

A: The guarantee period shall be 15 months counting from the date of the goods on board, except wear parts. In the normal course of operation and maintenance if there is breakdown and damage, during the Guarantee period (15 months) the repair parts should be supplied by the Seller for free, except wear parts.

Q: What's the delivery term?

A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making special arrangement for you.
