You must find the electrical control box of the entire sealing line and check the driver of each motor. If there is an alarm in the driver, there will be a number and code. You need to see what the number and code are, and then you can find the corresponding cause.

There are several situations that will appear in the market.

The first is that our glass is getting bigger and bigger, and the motor it uses are generally very small. Therefore, when the glass is too heavy, it is easy to have an overload alarm and A910 will appear.

The second point is that there is a battery installed on the connection line of the servo motor. The function of this battery is to know the current position of the servo motor. When a device is used for more than 5 years or longer, the battery may be exhausted. Once it is out of power, it will trigger the A810 alarm mechanism, so the motor needs to be maintained regularly. When an alarm occurs, it is not necessarily a problem with the machine. It may just be because of lack of power. Just replace the battery.
