
Many customers face the same issue: the scanner remains centered on the top, left and right sides of the glass, but deviates when sealing the bottom edge. Here is how to check and adjust it properly Double Glass Sealing Robot Machine.
First, place an insulating glass on the machine table and check whether its top and bottom sides are both fully supported by the wheels. If the bottom side cannot reach the wheels, the V-belt position is incorrect. You can adjust it in the machine settings: increasing the value moves the V-belt outward, while decreasing the value moves it inward. Adjust until the glass is stably positioned on the wheels.
Second, the column and the machine table may not be parallel. To verify this, use a tall piece of insulating glass, press it firmly against the table, and turn on the scanner. Align the scanner with the outer surface of the glass and move it upward. Larger glass ensures better flatness, making it easy to check if the scanner drifts inward or outward at the top. Use the pull rod on the column for adjustment: pull the rod upward if it shifts inward, or extend and move back the rod if it shifts outward. Keep adjusting until the scanner stays on the same plane as the glass from top to bottom.
After correct adjustment, the scanner will stay centered on the spacer bar for all four sides of the glass.
