2. One motor for one brush : Each brush is equipped with an independent motor for sufficient washing power, effectively avoiding washing lines and ensuring glass transmittance (abandoning the disadvantage of poor transmittance of traditional sponge rollers).

3. Spur gear transmission upgrade : The traditional chain transmission structure is eliminated, and the upper part of the whole machine adopts spur gear transmission for more stable operation and lower machine failure and washing deviation.

4. Pollution-free constant speed conveying : The drying box is equipped with a pinch wheel clamping transmission device, whose clamping position accurately corresponds to the aluminum spacer and sealing area without polluting the effective surface of the glass. It can realize stable conveying of small glass and constant speed operation of large glass, with uniform and controllable washing quality of all specifications of glass.
