Characteristics

The 2.5-meter insulating glass washing machine is equipped with 3 sets of 6 brushes and 5 sets of 10 rubber rollers. The whole machine is linked with a through shaft and nylon gear. The gap is small, no oil is required for maintenance, and it will not cause secondary pollution to the glass. The glass running speed is stable, running from 3m to 12m per minute.

There are three washing areas in the washing box, which are used for rough washing, medium washing and fine washing of glass respectively.

There is no need for a heating device inside the air knife. It uses the circulating kinetic energy of the wind to convert it into heat energy. The average temperature can reach 40 degrees.

The glass is clamped by the squeeze wheel in the drying box and runs forward, and there will be no air knife scratches due to gap vibration.
