Is there a connection between the gluing effect of an insulated glass sealing line and the glass loading speed? In fact, there is. The key factor is not the speed itself, but the continuity of the operation rhythm. If there is a 3-minute pause after gluing one glass unit before starting the next, the gluing effect will be compromised. The sealing line and gas filling line are calibrated for interlocked and matched operation, requiring continuous and seamless workflow. Additionally, the sealing line adopts a primary + secondary glue supply system: after the primary glue supply, the pressure inside the booster cylinder will gradually drop over time due to the inevitable slight leakage in the pipeline system (100% sealing is unattainable). When gluing resumes after a pause, the pressure in the booster cylinder fails to rebound to the standard value in time, leading to lower pressure at the initial gluing stage, insufficient glue saturation, and thus a reduced gluing effect. Therefore, it is essential to precisely match the glass loading speed with the sealing rhythm and minimize unnecessary long pauses, while ensuring optimal sealing of the entire pipeline system to slow down pressure loss, stabilize the glue supply pressure, and guarantee a consistent gluing effect.
