
Suction cups on the sealing robot line often cause misalignment when handling small glass pieces.
Although the photoelectric switch and servo-controlled timing belt can accurately measure glass length, mismatched speeds between the insulating glass line and the insulating glass sealing robot line will result in deviations in actual glass length, which directly leads to incorrect suction positioning.
Proper installation and calibration are critical.We highly recommend testing and calibrating with small glass pieces instead of jumbo glass.Once small glass can be held stably and accurately, larger glass will not suffer from misalignment issues during production.
