How to Adjust Butyl Extruder Speed Insulating Glass Production Line
The speed of butyl extruder dispensing and the speed of belt rotation can be adjusted in two places.
The first is on the touch screen, which has four speed levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.There are four levels because many new users who have just started making insulating glass can start with Level 2 or 3. After they gain experience over time, they can switch to Level 4 for faster dispensing.
The second is the motor sprocket: a larger diameter means faster speed, which must match the dispensing output.
