First, check the pressure setting on the display and confirm it matches the actual pressure of the hydraulic station. For example, if the display shows 5 bar, the hydraulic station should also read around 5 bar.

If the pressures don’t match, calibrate with the proportional amplifier board: it has min/max current adjustment knobs. Turn clockwise to increase current (boost pressure), and counterclockwise to decrease current (reduce pressure) until the two pressures match.

If pressures are matched but dispensing is still slow, the sealant is likely thickened by low temperatures. Simply increase the pressure appropriately and clean the sealant mixer at the same time – a clogged mixer will also cause slow dispensing.
