The lifting beam machine will not affect the processing speed of insulating glass. Traditional insulating glass processing mainly targets engineering orders, which prioritize speed but involve relatively cursory glass inspection. Nowadays, however, premium home improvement orders account for a larger share, demanding much more rigorous glass inspection.

The frequency converters of this lifting beam model are all equipped with real-time communication functions, and the vertical movement of the lifting beam is controlled by a servo system. After sensing the glass size, the beam will automatically and quickly move to the corresponding height. While workers inspect the first glass pane at Station 04, the second pane can wait at Station 03 simultaneously. Once the inspection of the first pane is completed, the second one can move to Station 04 without delay for inspection. In addition, this lifting beam model features a scratch-free conveying design, which further reduces the time workers spend on glass inspection.
