Why Zero Pressure on Sealing Line?Insulating Glass Sealing Robot Line
The hydraulic station is the "heart" of the sealing robot line, as it drives all the sealant-discharging and sealant-stopping actions of the machine. The intelligent pressure gauge configured with the hydraulic station has two separate displays for white sealant and black sealant pressure respectively. If the pressure gauge reading drops to 0, there are only two possible causes:
first, the control valve is stuck, which prevents pressure from building up;
second, the gear pump inside the hydraulic station is damaged and cannot output pressure normally.
