The efficient operation of an insulating glass production line relies on precise lubrication and maintenance—lubrication key points of core components directly affect machine service life and production stability.

Insulating Glass Production Line Lubrication Guide (Part 1)

1. Loading Section: Lubricate chains with high-temperature-resistant chain oil weekly to prevent glass contamination by oil stains

2. Washing Machine: Replenish lithium-based grease for brush bearings every two weeks; apply high-adhesion oil to racks and chains

3. Waiting/Positioning Section: Inspect chains with anti-rust oil daily to eliminate operation jams

4. Lifting Beam: Ensure chains are oil-loaded before operation; coat guide rails with high-temperature grease

Stay tuned for the lubrication tips of other components in our next episode!
