When encountering the problem of the machine head jamming and failing to move, troubleshooting can be carried out in the following steps: first, remove the connected air pipe and attempt to swing the machine head left and right in an unpowered state. If it swings normally, the machine head itself is free of faults. If it still cannot move, the issue is most likely a stuck air cylinder—you need to disassemble the cylinder and check whether the internal screws are abnormal. If the machine head swings left and right smoothly, but still presses tightly against the glass during sealing, the problem lies with the proportional valve. You should test the output value on each side of the proportional valve and also check if the fault is caused by incorrect parameter settings.
