
The speed of the insulating glass sealing robot line directly affects production capacity. Some customers reported that after increasing the speed on the display, the actual sealing robot speed showed no obvious change, or even failed to accelerate. The core reason is that the excessive gap between the scanner and the sealant nozzle causes machine induction failure and automatic speed limitation. Adjustment only requires a ruler: stop the machine, measure the gap, adjust it to 1-2 mm (1.5 mm is preferred), ensure uniformity without deviation, and start the machine for verification. Note that the gap must not exceed 2 mm. Recheck it weekly and recalibrate promptly after replacing parts. If the problem persists, check the scanner sensitivity and sealant nozzle blockage.
