Many customers have reported that the new needle valve seals still fail quickly, leaking or getting damaged not long after replacement.

There are two core reasons behind this issue. First, the material of the seal is critical. Inferior materials tend to age and deform easily. We use imported seals that are far more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant than standard alternatives, offering much longer service life. Second, shaft wear is the hidden culprit. Dry glue residue on the shaft will scratch its surface. When the shaft moves back and forth, even high-quality new seals will get damaged by these scratches.

Key reminder! Always check the shaft condition when replacing the seal. If wear is detected, repair or replace the shaft in a timely manner.
