1. Laminating Segment: Clean crossbeam chains and change oil weekly; apply specialized grease to guide rails; follow the lubrication steps of the upper segment for conveyor chains.

2. Plate Press Machine: Clean chains daily with extreme pressure-resistant oil.

3. Servo Plate Press Machine: Remove dust and apply precision grease to ball screws monthly; apply low-resistance oil to guide rails.

4. Conveyor Segment: Inspect chains per shift and promptly address discoloration or jamming issues.

Key Notes: Use component-specific lubricants; wipe off excess oil promptly; re-evaluate lubrication plans after machine modifications.
