Scanner Shows Small On/ Big Off Value? Can’t Seal Properly? Insulating Glass Sealing Robot Line
A friend asked why his scanner shows a small value when turned on and a big value when turned off, which makes it impossible to apply sealant properly. In fact, the scanner is the key component of the entire sealing robot line, and our ALB GLASS machine is designed to display a large value when the scanner is turned on and a small value when turned off—this is the opposite of his situation.
When this problem occurs, the first thing to consider is that the wiring of the rear rotary encoder is reversed. It is likely that you accidentally reversed the wires when replacing the encoder or related accessories. Simply check this point, and the issue can be resolved.
