In fact, when this happens, the flatness of the V-belt is crucial—the higher the flatness of the lower part, the smaller the wavy lines on the glass. Especially for machine that has been used for three to four years, components such as V-blocks are prone to wear and tear, which will cause slight vibration during operation. This is the main reason for the wavy lines at 90 degrees. Therefore, after the machine has been used for a long time, the sealing robot line also needs to be calibrated for accuracy in a timely manner to avoid such problems.
