Why Does Your IG Machine Stop Mid-Sealant (But Show "In Work")?
With market development, triple-pane double-insulated, quadruple-pane triple-insulated glass, and 30mm/27mm aluminum frames are widely used. Many customers report their machines stop suddenly when processing such large glass (especially with wide aluminum strips) but still display "In Work".
This is not a fault. When the machine applies sealant to key stages (e.g., glass corners), the rear part replenishes sealant. The proportioning pump has a fixed sealant volume—so the head pauses for secondary replenishment and resumes automatically after.
When this happens, do not press Stop/Pause. Just wait for it to restart post-replenishment.
