Let’s start with the bearing problem. The linear guide bearings of the machine are likely to get stuck with sealant after prolonged operation. Once the sealant is squeezed into the bearings over time, it will easily cause bearing damage. Therefore, in daily maintenance, you must check the linear guides and apply lubricating oil to them regularly.

As for the second issue, parts like chains and V-belts also require regular maintenance after long-term use. This includes adjusting the tightness of the chains—they tend to loosen over time, so you need to tighten them properly.
