Many customers report two issues when sealing large glass panels:

First, the top of the glass is sometimes not fully sealed with glue, and second, the machine head runs too fast at the top.

This is especially true when handling thin large glass, which often has a slight curve. Since the scanner is used to detect the depth of the aluminum spacer, if it scans outside the glass during detection, the machine head will speed up. Additionally, sealing narrow aluminum spacers requires extremely high precision.  

Therefore, before sealing large glass panels, be sure to check if the scanner and sealant head are aligned with the center of the glass, and whether the glass has an excessive curve—these details must not be overlooked.
