With the development of the market, glass configurations like triple-pane double-insulated, quadruple-pane triple-insulated, and aluminum frames of 30mm and 27mm specifications are being used more and more. Many customers have reported that when applying sealant to such large glass panels—especially when using wide aluminum spacers—the machine suddenly stops midway, even though the screen still shows "in operation". What causes this?

Actually, when the machine stops at the corners during sealant application, it’s because the rear part is replenishing the sealant. The amount of sealant in the proportioning pump is fixed; when a secondary sealant replenishment is needed, the machine head will pause. It will resume moving forward once the replenishment is done, so a stop during the replenishment process is inevitable.

When this happens, do not press the emergency stop button or the pause button. The machine will automatically continue operating once the sealant replenishment is complete.
