The operation of our sealing line machine is achieved by a double-layer structure of pneumatic and hydraulic pressure. If you encounter problems when sealing the first side, it is recommended to check the pressure of the hydraulic station first. We have done relevant tests and found that the higher the pressure of the hydraulic station, the better the sealing effect of the glass will usually be, but this pressure has an upper limit, not the higher the better.

In general, when the smart pressure gauge shows a pressure of about 20 MPa, the sealing effect is the best. This is because under this pressure state, the air pressure will be lower than the hydraulic pressure, which can ensure a better sealing state. Therefore, if the first sealing effect is not ideal, it is important to check whether the air pressure of the machine is set properly.
