Why Suction Cups Cause OffCenter Positioning on Small Glass
Suction cup offset is a common issue when processing small-size glass on automatic sealing robot lines.The machine adopts front-end photoelectric sensors and servo synchronous belts to detect glass length. Inconsistent conveying speed between the insulating glass production line and the sealing robot line will cause length detection errors, resulting in inaccurate suction cup positioning.
For this reason, we recommend running trial tests with small glass during machine installation and commissioning. If the machine can stably and accurately grip small-size glass, it will achieve precise positioning for all larger glass sizes, ensuring consistent sealing accuracy for all specifications.
