Daily maintenance of the hydraulic station for insulating glass machine includes three key points.

 First, regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, inspect the oil tank and oil filter to prevent pollutant sedimentation in the tank and clogging of the filter. Second, maintain the hydraulic components regularly and check their working status and performance. Third, control the oil temperature: the normal temperature of hydraulic oil should be kept between 30-55°C. If the oil temperature is too high, check the hydraulic system for leaks or blockages in time.

Regular inspection and maintenance can effectively extend the service life of the machine, and overload and overheating should be avoided during operation.
