High Hydraulic Pressure but No Glue Dispensing? Insulating Glass Sealing Robot Line
If the hydraulic station shows high pressure but the machine head fails to dispense sealant, troubleshoot in the following order:
1. Check if the hydraulic solenoid valve is stuck or if its circuit is faulty;
2. If the valve is functional, verify the pressure reading on the intelligent pressure gauge;
3. If the pressure is normal but glue still won’t dispense, the needle valve on the machine head is damaged.
Glue flow path: Hydraulic Station → Proportional Station → Glue Hose → One-Way Valve → Needle Valve. Troubleshooting along this path will resolve the sealant dispensing issue.
