
Many customers have reported two common issues when sealing large-size glass panels: insufficient sealant coverage on the upper part and excessively fast movement of the sealing robot head.
Thin large glass panels are prone to slight bending. The scanner is designed to detect the depth of the aluminum spacer; if it deviates to the edge of the glass, the sealing head will speed up abnormally.
Narrow aluminum spacers demand extremely high precision. Therefore, before processing large glass panels, always check these two points:
1.Whether the scanner and sealing robot head are aligned with the center of the glass
2.Whether the glass has excessive bending
These details are critical to preventing the above problems.
