In my view, the core components of the sealing robot line are the hydraulic station and booster cylinder—sealant application quality (fullness or overflow) largely depends on their coordinated operation.

The key to the entire process is the stability of the two gauges on the intelligent pressure gauge, which relies on the hydraulic station. This is the proportional relief valve, featuring ultra-high precision; even tiny contaminants in the hydraulic oil can cause jamming and unstable system pressure.

Its biggest advantage: parameter settings on the touch screen can be kept unchanged, or you can directly adjust pressure on the front touch screen to speed up sealing. Without this valve, such adjustments are impossible, and the machine cannot be deemed a fully automated system.
