Whether excessively fast sealant application affects product quality depends on the specific speed level. Many clients pursue the fastest possible sealant application speed, but in reality, overly high speed will compromise quality. It is recommended to match the sealant application speed with the central control speed for optimal results.

Based on our experience, a sealant application speed of around 20 meters per minute is appropriate. This is because sealant relies on pressure to fully fill the sealant line; if the speed is too fast, insufficient pressure will easily cause white streaks. For example, we have a long-term client with extremely strict quality requirements that rejects any glass with even slight white streaks, which confirms that excessively fast sealant application will inevitably impact product quality.
