Too Much/Too Little Sealant? The reason for inconsistent sealant output from the sealing line is closely related to the front-end scanning ruler and the coordination between the pressure dividing cylinder and the hydraulic station.

The scanning ruler is used to detect the depth of the aluminum spacer, that is, the sealant application depth. The faster its response speed and the higher its sensitivity, the better the sealant application effect will be. For the uneven sealant output issues reported by some users—such as sealant overflowing when applying to shallow aluminum spacers and insufficient sealant when applying to deep ones—the core cause lies in the coordinated operation of the pressure dividing cylinder and the hydraulic station. Their coordination status is crucial for sealant output control and directly affects the stability of the sealant amount.
