Currently, some glass available on the market develops diagonal air knife marks after passing through the washing tank. The cause of this issue is that when the glass stays in the drying oven, the fan keeps blowing air. If the blowing time is slightly prolonged, it will leave such diagonal marks.

It’s true that for machine, "you get what you pay for"—different configurations come with different prices. Our machine, however, is equipped with a butterfly valve on the fan, which offers two major advantages. First, when the glass stays in the washing tank or drying oven, the butterfly valve can be closed to ensure no air leaks out at all, fundamentally preventing the formation of air knife marks. Second, it achieves environmental protection, energy conservation and electricity savings. Therefore, equipping the fan with a butterfly valve has now become a necessary configuration for such machine.
