Many friends have been asking a question: when the sealant applicator works at 0 degrees, it’s very stable, but when it operates at 90 degrees, wavy patterns appear. This issue is especially severe with sealant applicators that have been used for a long time.

The reason mainly lies in the V-shaped plates: first, the V-shaped plates wear out after long-term use; second, the flatness of the two V-shaped belts needs calibration after extended use. When the lower V-shaped belt is uneven, more wavy patterns will gradually appear on the upper part when the sealant applicator works at 90 degrees.

So, when such wavy patterns occur, everyone should pay attention to the flatness of the V-shaped belts and check and calibrate them in a timely manner.
