1.Loading section;

2.Cleaning and drying section: With rough and fine cleaning, suitable for low-e glass and other types. It uses dual air knives with hot air drying, featuring low noise and high efficiency;

3.Transition inspection section: Equipped with dual motors and dual frequency conversion to enhance efficiency;

4.Frame placing section: Precise and adjustable;

5.Assembly section: Servo-controlled, with brake motors ensuring accurate assembly;

6.Pressing section: Pressure and thickness adjustable, with precision transmission for high flatness;

7.Unloading section: Automatically inspected before entering the sealing area.
