This IGU Line is designed and manufactured for producing Insulating glasses and three glasses panels.

Our Automatic Insulating Glass Line includes such seven process: Input conveyor, Washing&Drying Machine, Third Conveyor, Spacer attaching Section, Outer Assemble Section, Inner Press Machine, Output conveyor, and the PLC control system.

When process IGU glass without argon gas filled, this line can be inside press,or the outside press for two ways.

When process IGU glass with argon gas filling, this line will be working inside press way.      

Characteristics

PLC control, touch sensitive screen human-machine interface, operation is more convenient and intuitive.  

The production line automatically recognise coated glass and LOW-E glass. 

The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by a bevel gear, which has stable performance and long service life. 

The light tubes are distributed reasonably, segmented control, better detection of glass cleanliness. 

The aluminum spacer positioning adopts unique design, accurate positioning, reduced labor, automatically accurate   detection of glass height and thickness to provide accurate data for in-panel inflation. 

Can filling argon gas for single chamber or double chamber glasses. 

Servo positioning, full beam design, truly achieve the production of traceless insulating glass.

Q: What's the delivery term?

A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making special arrangement for you.
