This IGU Line is designed and manufactured for producing double and tripple insulating glasses.

Our Automatic Insulating Glass Line includes such seven process: Input Conveyor, Washing&Drying Machine, Third Conveyor, Spacer Position Section, Outer Assemble Section, Plate Press Machine, Output Conveyor.

When process IGU glass without argon gas filled, this line can be inside press,or the outside press for two ways.

When process IGU glass with argon gas filling, this line will be working inside press way.

This production line can automatically identify coated glass and LOW-E glass.

The upper part of the washing box adopts bevel gear transmission, stable performance and long service life.

The lamp tubes are reasonably distributed and segmented, and the glass cleanliness detection is more accurate.

The positioning of the aluminum spacer adopts a unique design, accurate positioning, automatically detecting the glass height and thickness, and providing accurate data for the inflation in the board.

Argon can be filled for single or double cavity glass.
