Employing a PLC - controlled servo motor, the machine utilizes photoelectric switches to automatically detect various glass sizes, eliminating the requirement for manual size input. It can operate autonomously, sucking up glass and precisely calculating the running distance. Moreover, when the glass shelf is emptied, it promptly triggers an alarm, reminding workers to replace it in a timely manner.

The IGU Double Glazing Uploading Machine is composed of a PLC control system, machine head section, transport unit, suction cup structure component, and servo drive module. The transport part automatically conveys the glass to the central position of the sucker support. The servo motor drives the reduction gear via a chain sprocket on the linear track, transporting the glass precisely to the central position of the sucker.

Q: What's the delivery term?
