Glass shaping machine is suitable for grinding and polishing the molding perimeter and bevel of round, oval and irregular-shaped flat glass. It can semi-automatically grind round or slightly oval glass. Different molding grinding wheels can be used to grind semi-circular edges, flat edges, duckbill edges and other shapes. Bowl-shaped grinding wheels can be used to adjust the angle of the grinding head to grind and polish bevel edges.

Characteristics

●Suitable for grinding and polishing the round, duckbill, square and bevel edges of round, oval and special-shaped glass.

●A vacuum pump is used to adsorb the glass on the suction cup, and the motor drives the satellite turntable to rotate. The turntable rotation speed can be adjusted at will during operation.

●Three grinding wheels can be installed for rough, fine grinding and polishing. When grinding the bevel, install the bowl-shaped grinding wheel, tilt the grinding head backward, adjust the bevel angle, and grind the end face.
