1. Optimized Windened Mounting Base for Stable Fixation
We adopt a widened mounting base for the scanning ruler. This structure delivers stronger fixing performance, effectively preventing position deviation and vibration during high-speed operation, and ensuring stable scanning accuracy.
2. Rear Locking Block & Keyway Structure for Long-Term Anti-Loosening
Equipped with a rear locking block and keyway structure, the scanning ruler maintains excellent tightness. It will not loosen or shift even after 5–8 years of continuous operation, realizing long-term stable and precise sealing performance.
3. Front Set Screw Calibration for Accurate Depth Detection
Multiple front fine-tuning set screws support precise position calibration. Operators can align the scanning ruler edge flush with the sealant head to achieve accurate glass depth detection, ensuring uniform and full sealant extrusion.
4. Flexible Forward and Backward Adjustment for Diversified Production
The adjustable scanning ruler allows flexible forward and backward positioning. It perfectly adapts to the processing of triple-glazed double-cavity insulating glass, meeting diverse high-end production demands.
These targeted structural upgrades eliminate the weaknesses of traditional scanning mechanisms, including low accuracy and easy loosening. They significantly improve sealing quality and finished product yield, supporting stable, high-standard insulating glass mass production.
