If water spots remain on glass exiting the vertical washing machine, follow these three inspection steps:

1. Check the butterfly valve

A butterfly valve is installed on each fan for energy saving and instant high-pressure air boost. Confirm the valve is fully open; insufficient opening will lead to inadequate air pressure and incomplete water removal.

2. Verify matching of the entire air system

Check the actual power utilization of the fan motor, air pipeline and air knife. Mismatched parameters, air leakage or unreasonable pipeline layout will result in insufficient air volume and pressure, failing to strip water from glass surface thoroughly.

3. Adjust the installation angle of air knife

The standard included angle between air knife and glass surface is 75°. Any deviation (too large or too small) will ruin the air blowing angle and leave residual water on glass.
